Analysis and Appraisal
The first stage is seeing where your business stands. Understanding the financial position of the business is key at this stage - cash position, balance sheet and P&L.
Stabilisation
If your business has urgent or critical problems we advise on and provide practical assistance with steps that need to be taken to handle the issues and stabilise urgent difficulties - and we have a great deal of experience in handling such situations. Relieving the pressure on business proprietors is key to fixing the problems.
Strategy
We then move on to dealing with the causes of the problems in a planned way - looking at a variety of aspects including systems, contractual terms, marketing, accounts, production, financial and management controls.
Business Plan / Projections
The business plan is your map for rejuvenating the business and growth. We work with you to develop a business plan that is practical, and achievable with detailed financial projections. The plan also serves as the budget and marker for monitoring progress and getting the business on track for the future.
Finance, Cash and Bank Liaison
We can assist with financial representations and presentation to investors and banks to secure finance. We have an understanding of the needs and constraints of funders and banks and can ‘bridge the gap’ providing practical liaison with them on behalf of the client.
Implementation, Measurement, Control and Management
We work with you to implement the business plan and can provide assistance with measurement, monitoring and control, and with management in key areas to ensure the plan is achieved.
Hamilton South Associates work with their clients to a pre-agreed plan. Assistance can be on an ‘as needed’ basis so giving you the benefit of our experience without the full time cost.
